The Challenge
What We're Building
PCB layout has long been the bottleneck in hardware. Manual routing takes weeks. Traditional autorouters fail to complete. Traditional tools grew around this bottleneck. Quilter is working to remove it.
Our approach
Quilter generates complete layouts autonomously through reinforcement learning trained on physics. Right now, Quilter is strong on test boards, fixtures, and evaluation boards. The system enforces differential pair matching, controlled impedance, and DFM clearances during generation. Aerospace customers validate test boards the same day instead of waiting two weeks.

Sergiy, our founder, came from SpaceX where PCB bottlenecks were blocking his Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy launches.
